Shipping:
1. All orders will be submitted for shipment within 1-2 Business Days after the order has been placed. It takes 2-3 business days for delivery of small items and 2-6 days for delivery of larger items such as television.
2. All items $250 and over will be shipped with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION and INSURANCE to ensure a safe delivery to our customer’s address.
3. All items are shipped within the 48 continental states, unless otherwise specified. We do not ship to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Hotel addresses. If you have any inquiries about shipping to your location please contact us at (317) 883-9888
4. Freight Shipments: All Televisions 42" or larger/overweight items will be shipped via Truck line Freight service (unless otherwise stated). The Average Delivery Time for Televisions is 2-6 business days. It is very important to inspect the product for physical damage upon delivery.Certain Freight Carriers we use may not have a tracking number available instantly and others may require some time to post. Most Freight carriers will call you 1-2 Business days ahead of time to schedule a delivery time. *Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, you must contact support businesshype@gmail or call 317-883-9888 and we will place a trace on the package. This process usually takes between 3-8 business days. Please be patient while the trace is in progress your package may show up any day during this time. Found packages will be delivered to you. Lost shipments will be submitted as a claim with the courier and a new order will be shipped out to you as soon as the trace is completed.
5. Refused Orders: Refused shipments will be credited less a 15% restocking fee and less freight/ handling and insurance charges. Unless freight damage is noted on the delivery manifest: please see Damage claims section below for details on handling damaged freight.
Damage/Pilferage: NOTE: You will not be responsible for shipping damages as long as all guidelines are met. All shipments must be insured.It is important for you to inspect the product for physical damage upon delivery prior to signing for it. If you notice any physical damage simply refuse the delivery, call us right away and we will submit a claim. Once the claim has been received by the Freight Company we will issue a new order for replacement. Claims for damage/pilferage must be reported to businesshype@gmail or customer service (317) 883-9888.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise from shipping damage at the time of delivery prior to acceptance
Returns for Defective merchandise
1. All merchandise is being sold Brand New (Unless otherwise specified
2. Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality. If for any reason you do receive a defective product please contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a replacement.
3. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box with the enclosed documentation and all original package contents. Missing original content or packaging will disqualify the return. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit.Returns for Non-defective merchandise
Non defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and will be credited at original invoice price less shipping and handling charges after receipt and inspection at our location, with a restocking fee of 20% for all qualifying orders. Merchandise damaged by the customer does not qualify for a refund. Items must be returned in original manufacturer box with all enclosed documentation and all original package contents. Missing original content or packaging will disqualify the return. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit.
Cancellations:
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted through ebay order cancellation request or by calling the customer service at (317) 883-9888. Please have your ITEM NAME and BUYER ID ready when contacting by phone. We will cancel the order if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If an order cannot be canceled and has already been shipped, you can return the merchandise to FapoBee. Address will be provided upon cancellation acceptance. Please allow 24-48 Hours for our billing department to issue a refund.

1. FapoBee shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any of its products sold to the consumer or business.
2. Any warranties that apply to any product sold through FapoBee are made directly by the manufacturer, not by FapoBee. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any such warranties.
3. Not Responsible for typographical errors.
